Before Booking
Once you book, we confirm your session within 24 hours and send you a video call link (Google Meet or Zoom — your preference). You'll get a short pre-session form to fill out so we can prepare. The session itself is a focused, 1-on-1 conversation where we dig into your specific challenge and leave you with a clear action plan.
Yes — and it makes the session much more valuable. We'll send you a short questionnaire to complete in advance. It covers your business overview, current challenges, goals, and what you'd like to walk away with. The more detail you give us, the better we can prepare and the more productive the session will be.
It depends on the complexity of your situation. If you have one specific question or decision to work through, the Basic or Silver plan is often enough. If you want a full business review with a comprehensive action plan, Gold is the most popular choice. If you're at a critical moment in your business and need intensive support across a whole week, Platinum is worth every cent. Still unsure? Just contact us and describe your situation — we'll recommend honestly.
We work across most online business models including e-commerce, SaaS, digital agencies, coaching and consulting businesses, content creators, service providers, and marketplaces. Our consultants have hands-on experience in over 12 industries. As long as your business operates primarily online, we can help.
We don't offer free sessions — our consultants' time is how we deliver value. However, you're always welcome to email us first at contact@besthub.uk with a brief description of your situation. If we think we're not the right fit, we'll tell you honestly rather than take your money.

We use Google Meet or Zoom — whichever you prefer. Both are free to use on your end. You'll receive the call link in your confirmation email.
Yes, absolutely. We encourage it. Just let your consultant know at the start of the call and they'll confirm consent. Having a recording means you can revisit the recommendations at any time instead of relying on notes.
Within the follow-up window for your plan (24 hours for Basic, 48 for Silver, 72 for Gold), you can email your consultant with follow-up questions about what was covered in the session. We want to make sure you can implement what we discussed — not just feel good about the call.
That's what the follow-up email support is for. If something wasn't clear, or if you hit a wall implementing the advice, send us an email within the follow-up window and we'll clarify. Our goal is that you actually move forward — not just that the session felt good.
Payments & Policies
After we confirm your session by email, we'll send you a payment link. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. Payment is required before the session takes place.
You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, but we can always reschedule if you give us notice. We respect your time — please respect ours too.
If for any reason we cancel the session on our end, you will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days. For completed sessions, refunds are not offered — but if you feel the session didn't deliver value, reach out to us directly at contact@besthub.uk and we will always try to make it right.
Yes — and many clients do this to maintain momentum. If you'd like to block recurring sessions or plan a multi-week engagement beyond the Platinum package, contact us directly and we'll arrange something that works for your schedule and budget.
